I have a micro bakery and use a conventional oven to bake my sourdough. I score after 5 mins of the dough being in the oven and these kits totally protect my hand and arm from the heat AND give me dexterity to hold the lame! I am sold!!! I have thin but large hands, so if you have more dainty hands the dexterity may not be the same or the glove may not be small enough for you.

I was baking bread in a Dutch oven at 475 using pot holders to pull it out of the oven. A slight slip and burned the back side of my thumb. I’ve never been burned doing this before. It’s not the burn but it’s how long it takes to heal. Burns are no fun.I bought these gloves a week after and have used them twice. The gloves work great. Long enough for your forearms and good for your hands. A bit bulky but that’s expected from the padding. You feel a bit of heat from high temps but good protection. I like these gloves

Work great - I got a rotisserie cage for my grill where I have to use my hands to remove the rod and cage when the food is cooked - there's just no way you can do this without getting burned or dropping the food.These work great - they are kinda big, but I have big hands.

I love these gloves and use them anytime i use my instapot or my air fryer with racks. This is actually my second pair as my puppy chewed one because it smelled like barbeque. I couldn't be happier with the product. I often directly grab the racks out of the air fryer and have never felt any heat.

It has a hole and I have only used it a few times . It worked great the first few times but now the heat is coming through and I have only used them for the oven. I do like them more than a regular oven mitt because they are actual gloves.
