Good product and shouldn't break like the plastic ones did. Relatively easy to install.

Bought this to replace handle on an old S10. Easy to install and fit perfectly (almost like we never replaced it). Turns out we also had to replace the locking mech since the door still wouldn't open from the outside. This was part of the solution and worked perfectly.

I've yet to install this in my third door. When I do I will update as to its functionality & effectiveness. I'm -NOT- thrilled at being somewhat misled by the title! The key is to explore the description & info further. There it is mentioned as to what part of it is truly metal. The seller needs to update their title though! Respect your customers! Dependent on how well the handle works & lasts I'll likely change the # of stars.

Works well for a cheaper unit.

This handle was an exact fit just like oem. The snap clips to the rods I think are a better design than factory. I’m very happy with it.

After replacing the plastic latch that came with the vehicle three times I found these metal ones. The plastic ones break within a few months if use. Had this one on for over a year with absolutely no problems.

Reinforced metal parts where the other is know to fail. Good product, easy repair.
