Garam Masala Spice Blend 2.0 oz - Zamouri Spices

If you crave Moroccan flavors it is your stuff. My son loves it. it is the best as are all of these brands. The most authentic of them all. We all love it it does to meats and everything else. Trust us, it is without a doubt the best you can buy. Once you try it you will want to use it on almost everything you can cook! Every meat, every vegatable that you put it on, you will love!!!

I mixed this with 4 other Indian spices and combinations and I successfully made a very delicious butter chicken in a crock pot after the chicken and veggies were first browned in a skillet. I'm a recently divorced guy cooking on my own and I'm experimenting with lots of exotic recipes now. This dish was fabulous. Only two tablespoons of butter for the whole crock pot and a cup of low-fat yogurt for a creamy tasty dish, not hot, just zesty and savory. I have seven single ladies coming over for dinner next week to feast on this recipe just on my recommendation. Of course I like this spice, but I'm also suffering from acute testosterone poisoning, so my judgment may be clouded.

This is a great kitchen spice and was purchased at a good price. I'd consider this to be a good value!In the past, I have tried making my own spice mixtures following various recipes. Unfortunately, that's time consuming, and can get quite expensive because I tend to need to buy significant quantities of some ingredients which end up being used only sparingly.This spice has very good flavor, and was very fresh when it arrived. I expect to use all of it before it begins to become too old and lose some of its freshness. It offers good spice flavor without being "hot" so is appropriate for my entire family, some of whom do not like heat as part of their spice experience.

Like some other reviewers have mentioned, I wasn't able to find this spice at my local grocery store, so I turned to Amazon and found this as one with the highest ratings. Two bottles later and many meals later, I can agree that this is delicious and works extremely well in my tikka masala recipe. Thank goodness for the internet.

I have tried several Garam Masala mixes, and this is my favorite. I use it liberally in lentil soup to make an Indian-inspired dish, use it as my only spice with coconut milk when I dehydrate Kale for kale chips. I use it whenever I want the best Indian spice flavor without having to come up with all of the individual spices. The other Garam Masala spice mixes don't even come close to the flavor of this one. Yum. I am a lazy cook, and do a lot of crockpot meals, and this one is my "go to" spice when I want to enjoy the taste of Indian spice.

A bit to cinnamon-y for me. I'll still use it though sparingly and wisely.

A bit pricey but worth it. Excellent in all Indian dishes.
