GlamWaves Roller Head Band for Short to Medium Length Hair

Pros: can get bigger, rounder curls than just using a plain headband to wrap your hair aroundCons: The velcro-strip takes up way too much space in the loop IMO. When putting it around my head, I have to choose either not to curl the entire back of my hair or put it on my forehead and mess up my bangs. I don't know what it is about this thing but also my curls also tend to fall out or not take sometimes, I just have better odds using a plan old headband.

I am quite happy with this purchase. I've found it easy to use and it does produce lovely curls. I haven't had any trouble with it getting stuck or knotted. My hair is fine, chest length, and usually holds a curl pretty well. Truly quite comfortable to sleep in and I didn't wake up with a rats nest on my head! Note that when you're wrapping your hair around the band that you shouldn't thread through any section of already wrapped hair....if that makes sense. I think that's when you end up with knots as you try to remove. I haven't had any trouble with that on the front, but you do start to run out of room on the band at the back. For someone with longer or thicker hair I think it would more challenging to wrap without threading through and causing knots so if you have hair that's quite long or thick I would get a larger diameter head band!

Great product and produces great curls! Unfortunately, it was a little large on my head. It is adjustable and you can fit it to your head by using the velcro attachments. Since it was a little large on my head the velcro barely connected and would sometimes come apart in the night. I ended up using duct tape to keep it together!Other than the size it works great and makes effortless and heatless curls. So if you have a small head.... I would suggest trying a childs size instead of an adult size.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I wash my hair and pull it up into a bun on a Monday morning. Monday night, I use the this on my damp hair and sleep with it in. I take it out Tuesday morning, brush through my curls, and I'm ready to go. May need to use a curling iron for one or two pieces of hair that can't fit into the roller, but that's it. SO easy and low maintenance!FYI - doesn't work well if hair is too wet. Also, be careful with how you roll your hair around it - if you do it at the wrong angle, it can produce almost a dent in your hair rather than a curl.

It's okay. It did curl my hair but always ends up looking really haphazard. Rollers work better.

Easy to use. My results were not so great the first time but it's getting better. Wouldn't recommend for shorter hair styles

This has got to be my new favorite way to curl my hair. So comfy to sleep in and when you wake up you have beautiful curls. The only downside is you might have to toss a few curls in the back as it seems to have only curled the ends in the back. Still very impressed, 2 thumbs up!

Love this! Finally something that works well with my hair and is quick to do. I have thin curly/wavy shoulder length hair that never seems to look quite right just air drying. My hair also holds a curl very well which I think is important to remember when trying this product. I've tried so many different hair creams and mousses it's ridiculous. I saw this roller band and for only $20 I had to try it and after 30 years I am finally happy with my hair! It is easy to put in, sleep on, unroll, flip, fluff with a shine cream and go! My curls now look the same as what I would get curling it with a straightening iron in a fraction of the time with no heat damage!
