A necessary product
I bought this in hopes that the musty air smell coming from my car would go away. Thankfully I did because my old cabin air filter was in desperate need of being thrown away. So far it’s doing its job, there is good air flow, it was easy to install. There was an initial smell of chemicals but that lasted for about a minute before it went away. So yes, this product is definitely an improvement from an old dirty air filter. Did it help with the musty air smell? Eh kind of?? It definitely didn’t work miracles but it is a relief knowing I’m not breathing in dirt from my old one.

Filter fits and makes a difference with cabin air quality and also lowers interior sound when AC turned on. Like getting 2 for 1 deal. Pay special attention to installation, follow the glove box white cover cap with up arrow indicator (flow up) so although air filterʻs wording is upside down during installation, you are correct with arrow pointing in the UP direction. Recommend.
