Fords of the Fifties Paperback – Picture Book, November 20, 2000

Some items ignored or not covered completely. Color photos are good and book is worth having.

I was expecting more pictures of the different cars. Most cars shown were mostly from the outside veiw. Hardly any pictures of the dash boards. I fe4lt let down. Book was just a gloss over of the cars.

I moderate a Social group of over 750 members for 1952-56 Ford owners this book is full of facts and pictures and I highly recommend it to any one that owns a 1949 to 1959 Ford car or pickup truck as a must have.

I was disappointed. It was not all about Fords of the 50's. There were other cars besides 50's Fords. Just not very good at all.

I enjoyed this book very much as it brought back childhood memories of riding in our 1956 Ford Country Squire.

What a Decade the 1950's and what a car the Ford! This is a Must book for fifties car buffs and Ford car buffs. The whole decade comes alive with beautiful color pictures, facts, prices, stories on every Ford from 1949 to 1959. It takes you through the 50s one year at a time and as a Baby Boomer it brought back so many wonderful memories of a Golden Era that will never be repeated. I cherish this book and regard it as one of the best ever written.
