This stuff looked great on paper. No "proprietary blends" that hide the amount of more expensive ingredients that are used by so many companies. Legit and useful amounts of beta-alanine (4 grams), citrulline (6 grams), taurine (2 grams), and agmatine (500 mg). It additionally includes some theobromine, along with 300mg of caffeine and a couple other things...All at doses that are needed to work! The first day I used it was very good... until my stomach went nuts.That happens to me with creatine monohydrate, but there isn't any creatine in this mix, so I wondered what happened. I realized (after doing a little reading) that I used a full scoop with very little water to mix it.MOST pre-workout drinks will mess with your stomach if you don't use enough water. That was the problem here. Apparently, the powder sort of gels in the stomach when it's not fully dissolved and it can cause the body to pull a bunch of water to the digestive system, resulting in diarrhea.The second time I used it I mixed it with at least a full glass of water (16-20oz) and stirred it thoroughly. Guess what? No stomach upset! I had a very good workout, good pump, and plenty of energy. I've been a heavy stimulant user for years, until I just recently got the right side of thyroid meds to address my constant fatigue. I can tell this legitimately has the stated level of caffeine. My energy level didn't crash and was pretty even for a while after the workout, so I was happy. Oh, and the taste is pretty good too, if that's a big deal to you.its not overly sweet or overpowering in any way.All in all, I'd say this is a great product that is easily on par with the few other pre-workout drinks available that actually contain the proper dose of ingredients (yet cost much more). I mean good products like Legion Pulse, Pre-Jym, and Altius. It's absolutely in the same class as those products at a very good price point. I will stick with this product for the time being. I don't really see a reason with change, since this works and it's a great price. I've tried other products from this company and been happy with those as well.

This tastes good & is more potent & energizing than many of its more expensive competitors. Excellent product!💪👍🍹
