Exceeded my Expectations
Honestly, I had low expectations for this product, but it was the only one that came with a small enough extractor for m2 screws and that is all I needed it for. I tend to avoid buying the cheap Chinese stools (from Harbor Freight and such) because their quality is not worth the reduced price. But this set, being a little more expensive than others, actually exceeded my expectations.First off, the bits feel like they are quality steel, better than most of the stuff I have seen from Chinese manufacturers, secondly, it performed as needed to extract my little m2 screw. The little bit holder is actually very nice and holds bits in tightly, I didn't notice any wobble and it drilled into my screw head without any issue. Switched over to the extraction bit and it pulled the screw out, albeit the head broke off at the last second, but I wouldn't say that was the extraction tool's fault.Overall, it did exactly what I needed it to do and I think this tool is well work the extra cost (sometimes it is much better spending an extra $10 or so if you know the tool is going to be better). Instructions were good enough as well.

One Screw Almost Ruined My Stroller - This Tool Saved The Day!!
Let’s start from the beginning. My cat decided to use the fabric base of my daughter’s baby stroller as her litter box. She SOAKED it with pee. Nothing but a serious wash was going to get rid of the foul odor. This wouldn’t have been such a big deal if that fabric hadn’t been attached to the frame by 10+ screws…I was able to unscrew and remove every screw, but ONE. The last one was completely STRIPPED. I tried every DIY hack out there to remove it - rubber bands, metal grip strips, pliers - to no avail. I was so frustrated because we use this stroller every day. You don’t realize how much you rely on something until it’s inaccessible.I shopped around some big box hardware stores in town but every set of tools similar to this were $20+ for just one drill bit.You totally get your bang for your buck with this product, AND you get 6 different sized drill bits!Okay, I’ve given enough backstory.I received the tool the day after I ordered it, and I ripped that package open immediately. I wasn’t going to wait one more second to get my stroller back. This tool is super easy to use, and pretty self explanatory. If I can do it, anyone can!The screw was pretty small, so I started out with the smallest bit. It wasn’t gripping at first, so I moved up a size and that was perfect!! Right away, the bit grabbed the screw, and pulled that sucker out.I was so excited and relieved to finally wash the base!Thank you for making my life a million times easier, AND for saving my sanity in the process!

5 pieces but a good deal.
Only 5 pieces in box. Not surprising as some pics in the description showed 5 and not 6. Therefore 4 stars. Haven’t used these yet but bought them to replace a single extractor of the same design I bought years ago. It worked really well for me and saved my bacon many times. Unfortunately I broke that old extractor working on a 40 year old motorcycle last weekend. BUT it was worth every penny even if I had only gotten one use. That extractor was the only thing that worked on this particular situation - head broken off of oil filter bolt. I tried the dremel a slot method, welding a nut on method, and a two piece extractor with no success. This type of extractor bit in and saved me having to destroy the (irreplaceable) housing to get the bolt out. That was a single extractor bit in one size I bought years ago. These are 5 in varying sizes for barely twice as much. A bargain even if they break at some point. Hints to new users: extractors should always be run counter clockwise for drilling and for extraction. Aka reverse on your drill or screw gun. Also use a drill a screw gun to drill the hole, but I prefer inserting the bit into a socket wrench or 1/4 inch hand driver when extracting. Especially with bolts on cars and bikes. You want speed to drill your hole. But you want torque to extract the screw or bolt while the extractor bit has a good bite. I consider extractors sort of disposable (one time use usually pays for itself easy) and these are cheap enough, and included two of the mid size which is the most useful. Happy with the purchase.

Missing piece!
As soon as I opened package, I removed the box and heard something rattling. No big deal as one of the pieces had come out of the bracket holding the pieces and then I noticed one bracket had nothing in it. It was supposed to contain six pieces, and only five were inside box. I immediately went to Amazon to start return processing and I only got Amazon credit, no refund. The package came from China and I would not have ordered had I known where it was from, nor would I have ordered if I had known I could only get credit on my Amazon account and not a refund to my credit card if the item had to be returned for some reason. I never used the product so I cannot attest to whether or not it works. At lease it was not an expensive item. Overall I love Amazon and very occasionally things get broken or parts sometimes missing. It is just a part of the process. I will continue to shop Amazon.

Product works, but not long
Once I figured out the correct amount of pressure to put into both the drilling out and then screw extraction, I found that the bits do indeed work. The problem is that the kit includes 2 of the #2 bits which is nice as that is most commonly used, but I went through both bits within a matter of trying to get out probably 10 screws. Rendering both of my #2 bits completely useless as the end of both snapped off. Now I wasted $10 of bits on boards that I should have just pried off. Lesson learned, product is fun, but probably a waste of your money unless you only need to use it to remove one or two stripped screws.

Great gift!
This screw extractor set is a total lifesaver! I've used it to fix everything from broken glasses to stripped screws on my bike. The different sizes and types of extractors cover all the bases. It's a bit fiddly to use sometimes, but with a little patience, it always gets the job done. Definitely a worthwhile addition to any toolbox!
