Great item for the money. I use it to do my husband shirts for church. Works great and easy to handle.

I have had this item from December to June... and I have continued to think "it's going to get better", similar to a bad job/or relationship..but even those we change or quit. Sadly, this gadget is horrible and died 1st. I bought it for the need of my steaming uses of my clothing boutique. The steamer was constantly leaking & acting as if it was a volcano shooting out the water from the container where you add the water.. I never over filled the container but my floor stayed soaked to the point I had to keep a towel under the steamer to even use it.

Great for bulk use (I.e. bridesmaid dresses). Heated up quickly and came with a safety glove. Only complaint is it does occasionally drop/leak the water. I recommend tying a cloth over the head to prevent dripping onto the fabric you're trying to steam

I liked this steamer but unfortunately a year later it has completely crapped out. It won’t even turn on! I feel like for this price it should’ve lasted longer!

The water storage compartment is too small. I use it on 14 suits a month 3 one week and 4 the next week alternating.I am constantly filling this up it’s annoying. The handle to the water compartment also broke off due to the weight of water it’s supposed to hold.I had a rowenta brand previous to this and I was very happy with it. The device itself works well it’s just the water runs out too quickly. If you are only playing this once every couple weeks it probably won’t be a problem.If you are using it 3-4 times a week you will be annoying with how often you have to stop and refill it.

Surprisingly, this steamer was very easy to assemble…it's also very easy to use & the steam comes out quickly. It does a great job of steaming wrinkles!!!

This steamer was tried for the third time. There continues to be water spilling out from the tank all over the floor. Inches of water over a 5-6 minute steam. We tried more water and less water in the tank to see if it was user error. Additionally, Water comes pouring out of the steam head onto the garments leaving water stains onto prom dresses and the like. This was a completely useless steamer and we gave it three tries. Unfortunately it is too late for me to return.
