Tried to use this on our drive ONCE after I bought this for my husband as a present - it would not run properly - cutting out after just a few mins AND THAT IS ALL ITS DONE!!. Got hold of the sellers and they did reply but would not take the machine back (it was still within the 12 mth warranty) and just said OH, RUN IT WITHOUT THE AIR FILTER/REPLACE THE FUEL or did'nt even recognise that we were talking about a wacker plate. NOTHING HAS MADE ANY DIFFERENCE AND THEN THEY SAY OH AS YOU HAVE HAD IT A FEW MONTHS THEN WE WONT REPLACE IT BUT MAY PAY FOR ANY PARTS IF YOU TAKE IT SOMEWHERE. REALLY!!! Clearly the 12 month guarantee is a LIE - if it were TRUE then they would arrange for the wacker to be collected and either replaced or repaired and returned. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Does the job well. Worth the money.
