If you are one of those who try to avoid packaged instant oats , then this is for you.Tried this since my usual Quaker Rolled Oats is out of stock. This one is a bit pricey compared to Quaker but on the basis of reviews I tried to make a choice and I am not unhappy about it. It has a more nutty smell and taste which is natural to rolled oats. Cooking time is just a bit more than instant oats and it is pretty filling.This is my second purchase which only proves that I really liked the product .

I have been consuming Oats for past 7months.. Three of my six meals are oats and protein powder blended. I gave a chance to this brand and after my first blended shake with pe protein.. i have freaking stomach upset for 2days.. This is odd because i have been taking blended oats meal for past 7 months from"Essence Nutrition Gluten Free Rolled Oats" brand.. never experienced this reaction before. but this product is either actual GMO or something totally wrong with it.. Trust me dont Buy it.
