Works In Ways I Didn’t Expect—Good Ways
My cousin turned me on to this supplement, celery seed extract. She said it lowered blood pressure. I’m on meds for that, and this supplement is helping me reduce the dose I take. Good news. Better news is, for us older guys, it greatly improves prostate functioning. Middle of the night, older men have to negotiate with their prostates. You have to think nice, relaxing thoughts until the mutha decides to let your bladder work as advertised. This stuff ended that wait, and wait, and wait men know well. I’m lucky because I don’t have prostate cancer. If you have an uncooperative prostate, give this a try. One a day, before bed is my dose. Worth mentioning is it makes your urine smell a bit—think like asparagus. Small price to pay. Most supplements don’t work. This one absolutely does.

Trying to get off pharmaceutical drugs for gout. Heard this works

A Natural Treatment for Joint Pain Caused by Gout
Arrived quickly from seller. It’s too early to judge its effectiveness, so 4 star rating for now. I’m trying celery seed capsules (along with sour cherry capsules) daily as a natural remedy for gout. These two natural products are said to greatly reduce uric acid crystals which can accumulate painfully in an affected joint (often, but not limited to the big toe). Over the past few years I had gout initially in the big toe, then last year in an ankle joint, and recently in my wrist. I have so far eliminated or reduced known triggers in my diet such as beer, red meats and shellfish (all high in purines that convert to uric acid) and along with increasing my water intake am now giving this natural remedy a try. Wish me luck!

Easy to swallow
I try to avoid fillers in the products I take and this celery seed extract had no fillers. That’s as good as it gets. I will definitely buy this brand again. Also the price was not more than other brands because of the purity of the product.
