I was a little reluctant to order this on-line sight unseen. BUT. The measurements fit my enclosed porch perfectly. This set not only looks great, it sits great too. It did take me an entire afternoon to put it together by myself (senior female), but the results were worth every minute. This set allows me to easily have seating for two couples and since the chairs are not too heavy they can be pulled over to the table for dining for four. We have even seated 6 people for dining by adding the ottomans at each end of the table.My only negative so far is that the cushions for the ottomans show dirt even when you really think your shoes are not dirty! Even though the cushions are easily wiped with a damp cloth, I decided to replace them with a fabric that would not show dirt so much.

Very pretty set. Was kind of a pain to put the chairs together, but the table and ottomans were easier. The only thing I would have to complain about is the thickness of the cushions, actually the bench cushion. I am constantly turning it over because it squishes down and loses it's shape more than the chair cushions. The back pillows are also a bit awkward, like they don't fit the length of the bench so they bunch up and overlap each other a bit. It's still a pretty set and it makes my porch so cozy,

For having it shipped, not being able to see it on a retail floor before buying it, it is good.The setup is easy. It can be done by one person, which i did alone. Took me about 30 Minutes. (I would suggest using a cordless drill and the proper hex bit). A few pieces, the chairs and sofa would have been easier with 2 people, but easily accomplished with 1 person.Shipping for me came separate days. but that is OK.It is a little smaller then i expected, but fit our area just fine.The included cover is .. not very thick, but it serves its purpose. It can hold up in rain but i really don't see it lasting a long time. Wish it was a bit heavier duty, thicker. When putting it on, make sure to have all your pieces push together (chairs pushed in under table, table pushed all way to sofa. And it will fit fine.They have little loops on the edge of the cover to put around the feet of the chairs to keep it in place during windy times. Works good.Overall i'm satisfied and would recommend this to anyone looking for outside furniture.

After reading reviews, I decided to purchase furtnture through Amazon. I was hopefully optimistic. I knew there was risk of shipping damage, which there was and I currently (3/18) have a communication into the seller - I will upadte this based on that response.After assembling the first chair, I am at a loss for words... the whole chair is just lopsided, frames slightly bent making it extremely difficult to align screws to holes. I am a very capable, and physically capable guy, that is very mechanical and the first chair along kicked my @$$.Based on images I thought this was slightly higher than dinig height, somehat simialt to bar height but it is not (this is my issue not theirs).If you plan to use an allen wrench, either your own or the supplied one - it will take you days to assemble because of the alignment and tolerances. I am using a battery operated impact gun and its still a challenge.Also note, because of the damaged, I have only been able to assemble 1 chair, the bench, 1 chair are unable to be assembled.I am hopeful the seller will be prompt in their contact on my damaged parts as others have said. At this point, I wouldnt pay 1/2 what I paid if I purchased again.Update: As I conitnued building, the stools, had their brackets installed 90 degree out, meaning the bolt holes were sideways, instead of up and down, making the parts unusable.Seller was contacted through Amazon and they promptly replied and will ship an entire new set of parts on Package C, but will be 7-10 days to arrive, which is disappointing, but I'm glad they are making good on their product.They shipped box C with the replacement parts rather quickly, I received in 6 days, new parts were in very good condition.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. The first item we assembled (a chair) took a couple of hours because the holes didn't line up correctly. But the rest of the items were quick and easy to assemble. The screws are silver and the furniture is dark brown wicker so you really notice them in places where they're visible. The cushions are very thin, I'll be shopping for better ones very soon. All in all though I would buy this set again.

It's perfect for us. First of all, the right price. Plenty of seating for us and love the big table that we can eat and play games at. Has been set up for several months and holding up great. Cushions are a little thinner then I'd like but work for first set. When we replace a year or 2 down the road, we'll get thicker/better cushions. Very satisfied with this set. Putting together was fine.....i take my time and did not feel like it took me that long to put together

If I would’ve realized it’s not a standard height dining table, or if I saw this set in person, I wouldn’t have purchased it. Also the cushions are cheesy and not waterproof. Quality of construction is decent. Same catagory and quality of the seating sets you see on promo in your local supermarket. The cover is merely a giant super thin laundry bag. The stools are nothing more than a kids seat or a tiny ottoman. If I didn’t assemble it already, I’d return it. Let’s see how it holds up. I’ll guess with tender loving care, I’ll get 3 years out of it.

We received 3 boxes and one was damaged. We contacted the seller on Sunday and they quickly replied and put the order to replace the damaged table. We received the box in 3 days.We are very happy with the set. Perfect size and color. We didn’t have any trouble assembling it. But I see what the other reviews were saying about the cushions. They keep sliding off the chairs but I think I’ll use the velcro trick to keep them secured.
