Arrived Nearly Empty
Product arrived at least 80% empty after leaking all over my other packages delivered that day. Bottle integrity seemed fine, so not certain what the issue was. Tried to put in a request for refund or replacement and there was no option unless I was willing to ship out an empty container with no explanation. I used what little I could and would still appreciate a replacement, honestly.

I love this product and this brand but it often comes open and leaking, otherwise the brand makes amazing high quality products and this black water extract is amazing and works wonders. I just return it for an exchanged one because I order it often.
