Hello Kelsey. I've been using Inositol for quite long time. Inositol is a pseudo vitamin. Natural found in plants and animals. There is a high concentration of this compound in the brain, stomach, kidney, spleen, liver and heart. Our body has the ability to manufacture small amounts of this compound on its own. inositol can be made in USA, Japan. Depending of the source. I will highly recommend the Jarrow manufacturer. They use their product is derived from rice bran and manufactured in Japan by Taino rice. Vegetarian safe. Hope this can help answer your question.
