Although I overlooked the reasons for the discount, I found the cup did not keep the coffee hot very long. (Less than an hour) I received all of the parts. The lid with the lift-up part was difficult to screw on and it leaked when I drank from it. The lid with the straw hole was very tight and almost impossible to get off. I have chalked this up as a total loss. I may use the cup for my pens and pencils. I purchased this because it was quite attractive in white and the two lids were a plus. I did not learn about the defects until I read your email.

Clean and no condensation
I have a little trouble getting the flip top lid to set right. When done correctly the cup keeps my tea very cold for hours

I really like this! even though the cup looks smallish it's actually a pretty good size.just be careful when putting the lid on,it's very picky on how it goes on and the first time I tried I spilt on my hand but after I re-did it,it was sealed the rest of the day:)

This is a great travel mug - the way I tested it is by inverting the cup while full and the lid closed to ascertain it doesn't leak. The mug washes easily and keeps coffee warm.

Don't waste your money.
Horrible. It leaks like crazy. Have not had a single use due to piss poor quality.Thanks for nothing.
