So easy to use and clean. Makes delicious & tender game roasts super quick with very little liquid added. I use 1/2 can of beer instead of water for wild game roasts, 1-1.5 hours depending on size & they come out delicious fall off the bone every time. Add the vegetables afterwards and cook on HI for another 5-8 minutes for a perfect dinner.

I love this instant pot, and upgrade from the 3q classic. I use this almost everyday to make family meals in very little time. I also love the ability to use the pot on the stovetop and the fact that the handles lock the pot in place for stirring. The easy pressure release is also nice.

This was a gift for my daughter-in-law and she barely got it out of the package before she put it to good use for their growing family. This model is perfect for them - versatile and easy to use, easy to clean. She loves it!

I received an email from Instant Pot June 30, 2021 telling me that the Duo Evo Plus has been discontinued. She recommended the Instant Pot Pro to me.
