I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service! Through no fault of their own, according to UPS, the package was damaged in shipment. Once I gave them the information they responded, within hours, to advise me direct that they would immediately replace the shipment! I have now received the replaced product in two (2) days! Very pleased, removes stains, cleans, no smell really, safe for my little ones.

To begin with, the product was leaking when it arrived. The box was wet so I took the product, which was “sealed” in a bag inside the box, and set it on my bathroom floor. When I got around to opening it I found the bottle was missing about 1/3 of the product. I wasn’t going to ship a leaking bottle back through the mail, so I kept it. Finally got around to trying it and it just does not work. Sprayed it on light mold in caulking, shower walls, frame of shower door, as well as the floor. When I check on it after a couple of hours I found nothing changed. Sprayed everything again and scrubbed it after 10 minutes…nothing. The area was not that dirty to begin with and should have cleaned up quickly, but it didn’t. It was as if I was trying to clean it with plain water! I’m so disappointed and will NEVER buy this again nor do I recommend it. It’s a total waste of money.

Our basement flooded and I had to spray all over floors, walls and baseboards. Havent seen one mold spore to date, and that was 3 yrs ago. We then had a pipe leak making the basement wet on one wall, so I ran a fan for weeks after. the mold on the wall is gone and wall dried out. I also use in shower, it gets soap scum off easily, and also works well on toilet stains. Highly recommend. Just make sure you turn off the sprayer nozzle when not in use. Gravity feed drained the entire bottle onto the floor. This stuff works well with pleasant scent.
