Better than many I've used
I've purchased a few models of these over time and this one seems to be the best built. The only thing to watch for is if you have weatherstripping on the door, the pressure it has on the door may cause this item not to release.

Locking mechanism is terrible. Flimsy materials
If installed in a right hand open outward situation, gravity alone causes the mechanism to fail and not hold the lock closed. There is a small spring and plate which moves when the contact receives electrical input which releases (unlocks) the strike. This flimsy design allows the spring and plate to move by gravity alone so in one particular orientation, the lock will not hold closed. DO NO TBUY this product.
