Don't buy these. They have no plastic insert and if you leave them on for a period of a few months they will seize onto your air valve. I was able to get one off with pliers, ruining it in the process. I will need to come up with a new strategy for the others. Maybe some wd-40 who knows. Fortunately I have another set of tires and rims that I use for summer. I got another set that came with plastic inserts for less from a local auto shop.

I'm not sure why plastic valve stem caps keep breaking when installed on my cars. Maybe the valve cap fairy wants more tribute from me. Every 6-12 months, I find that the tips of plastic caps cracked and the inner workings of the valve stem exposed to dirt and grime. Some are on the verge of falling off. This happens with the Coscto green caps. This happens with the ones I buy from the auto parts store. This happens to all plastic caps. This happens on all tires of all of my cars. In the past, I found myself buying packs of plastic caps every year or so to have them around when one did break. Multiply this with the fact that I keep each of my cars ~10 years, and I've spent more time, money, clutter storage space, and brain waves on something I shouldn't be spending any more time, money, storage space, or brain waves on. (This review will be the last time I spend any brain waves thinking about valve stem caps!)The first car whose plastic caps I replaced with these aluminum caps has never since had a broken or missing valve cap. So I'm back to buy more of these for the rest of my cars.A broken plastic valve stem cap is just a minor annoyance added to the task of keeping your tires filled with air or rotating your wheels, but wouldn't you want to be free of this minor annoyance for the next decade or so that you own your car? Besides lasting for the life of your car, they look better than plastic caps, and the texture makes them easier to handle with dirty or greasy hands/gloves. For the cost of 1-2 packs of packs of the plastic kind at your local auto supply store, get yourself a set of these instead ASAP.Brain waves out.

Love the way they look. Strong material. I bought these because the stock caps would unscrew themselves over time and fall off. I have never had to re-tighten these since I have put them on. And even after countless times taking them off and putting them back on, they never come lose on there own.Highly recommend!

Glued one back together when I first got them. The plastic valve cap inside, just fell out. You get what you pay for....so no biggie.

Work well. Look cool. Start to fade and turn pink from red very quickly. Due to the Sun. If you'd like to buy this product every year, it will work for you.

They look great. Second time purchase as the tire store loses some.Great design and quality; shorter length is just right, does not interfere with TPS as so many have negatively reviewed about the other longer length brands. Maybe these other brands guys do not have vehicles with tire pressure sensors so they have no clue, apparently. Go figure.

Look very nice on my Enkei black VR5 wheels.They seem well made for what they are. The part I liked: They go on easily but tighten well when the valve stem comes in contact with the seal inside the cap.Definitely recommend these. And who would steal them; even if someone did, order another set!!Update: 24 April 2016: Checking the tires today, a tiny seal that is in the top of the cap embedded itself in the valve stem. Took me a while to get it out. I through the seal away. This does not change the 5 star rating. A seal in the cap is really useless. If you are using a cap as the second line of defense against air leaking from the valve stem, you really need a better quality valve stem.....these caps are really dust caps.

UPDATE: A little more than a month after I installed these tire caps, the red color faded dramatically. First they were a beautiful cherry red and looked great! As the days wore on and I drove my vehicle every day, the color went from a bright red, to a dull red, eventually a burnt orange, to a dull burnt orange. NOT what I had hoped for. Over by the end of June, I was tired of the lack of color, but still liked the bullet theme of the caps, so I asked my husband to plasti-dip them in red. Now they're back to their vibrant red color again, but I'm still disappointed that the original cap color didn't last very long.----- Original Review: Love these tire caps. I bought the red ones for my vehicle. They screwed on easily, and they add just a little pop of color to the black wheels/tires. It's a small customization, but looks really good! Very happy with this product!

Good packaging, took excessive amount of time to arrivr but delivered. Chromies appear to be more orange than the expected rose gold. Love the look anyways.
