We bought our son this for Christmas, as he is a grill master! He was so excited to receive this fancy knife and even more excited to show it off during his grilling! It is very functional, sharp, and even has a bottle opener! Great gift idea for all the grillers in your life!

This was a gift for my husband. He lived is after the first time he used it. Shredded meat out of the smoker easily with the tip. Has lasted over the years with good quality and easy to clean

I was amazed how fantastic this knife was when I received it. The packaging is beautiful and it’s an absolutely gorgeous display of craftsmanship. It holds its edge, extremely sharp and long. It cuts me like it’s nothing and has the fork ends in order to move it to the next plate. Everyone will ask about this knife when you are butchering your hind quarters and making your steaks the perfect size.

got this knife as a gift but don't think it would hold up to daily use for work so it stays home and is only used for bbqs

Since I do all the cooking, and now getting deep into Q’ing, I knew I needed a better, sharper, more professional knife. With that in mind, I started looking at chef’s vids and BBQ vids.I’ve had my set for 6 months now. This DALSTRONG Pitmaster BBQ & Meat knife is the BEST knife I have ever owned. Watching my favorite BBQ & Smoking vids, it seems like most of these professional guys use high end knives of some sort. I chose DALSTRONG due to its unique handle and variety of blades. I had to get a carrying case to go along with it. My wife thinks I went a bit overboard, getting all these at once, but hey I still dry the dishes!

Couldn't wait to get this knife, nice grip on the handle. Cuts very smoothly. The prongs at the tip of the knife make things a whole lot easier. Love the beer bottle opener bonus. This Thanksgiving that turkey is going down.

I love the utility of this knife. Would I buy again? That is yet to be determined by how long it takes to ruin the fork end of the knife. Wether it bends or breaks.When I received it I was a little worried because the fork end is very thin and looks to be able to bend or snap off. It is sharp, and looks good. If you take care of it, hopefully, it will hold up.

I love the knife and the brand. Don't buy the other grades of dalstrong. Shogun series is the best. The others are good for gifts to people you don't like.I finally used this knife for the first time today after 8 months of owning it.Then, somehow Amazon today, wants me to give a review. How did Amazon know I was using the knife today?I haven't used it in 8 months! Technology is getting away from us!
