Made of wood and with some effort not difficult to construct. Looks vey good and does the job

Lovely but long build.
I built this on my own and found it tricky to put together. The instructions are OK, but if you're like me and find instructions overwhemling- build with someone. As you do have to flip it back and fourth. Good quality and went together easily, just took a long time. I found the three back panels a nightmare, but possibly easier with two. You can't see them on the advertised picture, but it's three pieces, not one. Looks really nice though when finished. If you know someone whose a confident quick flat pack builder, get them to help!

Looks good, solid
I love flatpacks and this unit went together well with good instructions. The finished item is very solid and sturdy. Looks great as well. Slightly miffed that I had to pay more than 50% of cost price in postage. But overall very happy with the final bookcase.

Quality product from a quality company
You can always tell how good a company is by the way it deals with a problem.In this case we had purchased a large Corona bookcase and had a problem with one of the main side panels, making it impossible to assemble.Having called the company they arranged for a replacement part to be quickly shipped to me.On arrival and to my sorrow I discovered I had told them the wrong part - I needed a left panel but had told them it was a right - totally my error.This was no problem, they quickly shipped the correct panel which arrived within two working days and all at no extra cost to myself.So, thank you very much Mercers Furniture, we will most certainly buy from you again.BtwThe bookcase looks terrific.

Split piece on front bottom shaped curved, a properly shaped piece for that damaged piece thankyou.
A piece to be made into a book case, if the pieces are all good apart from the piece I want replaced I will be happier. This could have been if the piece was checked in the firsthand the bad piece would have been thrown out and a replacement put in with a happy buyer.
