Only thing missing is a hand held unit, but the price is such that it can be added if you really need one--just don't get the ones that are supposed to stick to any surface--they don't and will have to be replaced with one on the valve unit. Also had to get an arm extension as the one it comes with is too short for a bath tub application.

This is a amazing shower head but every time I try to raid it a little to high the arm goes limp and the head itself is on a lose swivel so it can only be oriented down though this may be intended or it could be that I bought it used

This is the best we have ever used. The water flow is soft and we have hard Florida water. It’s large so it’s like having a warm hug when you are under it. We highly recommend and for the price you can’t go wrong. We give this a 10/10. Get it! You won’t regret it.
