A superior drive system
I used to prefer square drive screws but since trying these screws that feature a Torx dive I find that these are now my favorite. The screws are well made and work great. I find that the screw is less likely to fall off the driver and less likely to cam out than a square drive is. The manufacturer even included a Torx dive bit for use with a power screw driver. The bottom of the head is embossed with bars that act to self-countersink the head as it is driven. I bought several boxes of these screws in different lengths just to have in my shop.

Very versatile for hanging up just about anything
I got these to use as general purpose screws for any projects around the house. They're very versatile and you can spray paint or use nail polish if you want them to blend in with whatever you're hanging. Good for putting directly into studs.

GRK screws are revolutionizing construction!
I'm using GRK screws and an impact driver more nowadays than hammer and nails. The screw won't work its way back out, holds tighter and carries more weight. Not for every use, but more often than not I'm grabbing my apron of screws and my DeWalt driver.

Great quality fasteners
I love how easily GRK multipurpose screws drive into wood! It’s amazing! I have only had one screw break on me over the years of using them which is pretty impressive. Super strong and durable.

Screws don’t completely countersink
The screws do not always completely countersink when driven in; sometimes head of screw remains partially above the surface of the wood (in my case, 3/4” thick birch plywood). If this matters, would have to back out screw, use countersink drill bit, and then redrive screw.

Tic Tok recommendation... go figure
I actually saw these screws used by a carpenter on TikTok and he was convincing enough that I figured I'd give them a try and they really do work well and don't splinter wood.
