ARTISAN RAIDEN (Coffee Brown/L) [FX-RD-XS-L] FX XSOFT (Japan Import)

Very high quality mousepad from artisan. Second fastest from their pad line, great for tracking oriented games like overwatch and apex.The only problem I have with this pad is it only comes in coffee brown which isn't a big deal, still looks good in a dimly lit room.

You're obviously looking at this pad because you're a real chad gamer, not some beta normie. So you should know that Artisan's gonna give you the best quality in stitching and base grip, without competition. The surface is still subjective, but imo the Raiden xsoft is the perfect pad for speed demons who actually want stopping power. The friction qualities are similar to hybrid pads like the Endgame Gear MPC-450, but unlike those, the softness creates the ability to stop yourself if you want to, and the weave is more comfortable than any other pad I've tried. In combination with its softness, the surface ends up feeling like a padded windbreaker jacket. Very smooth and pillowy, makes you feel like you're gaming on a cloud. Only problem is its price, but you already know that. If this is your endgame surface, then this is your endgame pad and the price is worth it, so you might as well buy it. Just know that Artisan pads are on Lethal Gaming Gear now, so if you're in the US, that should be a lot cheaper for you (just wish that was the case before I bought mine on Amazon lol).

Good if you need speed

The espresso-like black color is beautiful and this is my second mouse pad from Artisan. The first expensive mouse pad I bought was the Ninja Fx, and I loved it, which raised my opinion of Artisan.The Ninja Fx was so short-lived that I only used it for 6 months before it broke. But it's still the best mouse pad I've ever used.But I didn't expect a piece like this from a brand that has always been praised.- The bottom is prone to dust, which is the most common problem with Artisan.- The much praised edges weave is only at the level of a $10 mouse pad. You can see the threads so obviously.- The surface of the mouse pad attracts dust very easily and can get dander on the mouse pad in the dry winter months.At such a high price, I would be willing to go with my old puretrak talent. because of Apex and Overwatch, I chose this Raiden, but I still need some time to test its performance. I would recommend the XSoft as it offers some control under such a smooth surface. I also wish Artisan would extend its Y-axis length, which would give FPS players a better experience.
