I really love this bar. It was a great addition to my Power Rack. It is the perfect width.I use it for tricep pushdowns, Hands on top close together. And for pulldowns on top at angle,and wide outside grip.This bar is very heavy and very solid. I took some lacrosse stick tape and wrappedit around the black plastic handles many times. Made the grip areas fatter in the center. The tape make the grips softer and feels great.The bar had a slight squeak at the collar but some grease took care of that. Great bar got it quickly, great value. Very happy with thispurchase. As usual Amazon rocks.......

And it weighs like it's made of hardened stainless. I like the width, the feel of the transverse grip, and the overall solidity of this bar. This item makes the home gym for which I bought it seem pathetic.I can honestly say that, having worked out in some of best "serious" gyms in my region, I have never in my life wrapped my hands around a better made pull-down bar. Ever.To be honest, I should say that my personal preference is for a straight bar(transverse), because I feel better about hitting the end of the movement that way, but that's a personal preference thing, and does not speak to the material and workmanship quality of this item, which is unequivocally the absolute BEST I have ever seen(speaking as a Sorinex user, here).

Sturdy and great quality. A little on the heavy side for my home equipment (15 pounds, I think), so I just have to up my weight resistance to offset, which is easy to do. Great purchase.

I've had this bar for a few months now and use this bar often on my home cable machine. I'd give it a 5 star rating if it were lighter. This is easily the heaviest lat bar I've ever used and guess I missed that in the weight specs. Good news is that so far it is totally solid and feels like it can take a beating, which in a home gym means this thing should have the shelf life of at least 10+ years of average use.

This attachment is absolutely commercial gym quality! I especially appreciate the rubber grips on the horizontal bar that allows me to use the bar to work my triceps to. Excellent value for the price.

Great quality. I feel using this bar hits my lats a lot harder and I'm making gains more quickly than with a traditional straight pull down bar. The perpendicular handles make all the difference.

Great addition to my home gym cable machine and much cheaper than I can find in any local stores.

I like the angle of the grips and the comfortable hold of this bar, but found that with the machine I use it on I have to hold the bar up in order to put the pin in the weight stack.
