When I first bought this, the cookies were a little thicker than I wanted. I tried a different recipe and I can’t Bragg enough how much I love baking my cookies with it. Also, before I bought it, I spoke with the owner personally. Asked a few questions s. She was amazing! I would trust any product made by C. Palmer Manufacturing. My next product may be the ravioli maker. Last thing....do not buy just on Pizzelle Baker. Buy a minimum of two, because it’s so much fun to bake with a d you can share the fun by giving one to a family member or good friend for a gift. Thank you for such a good product!
