Love this thing use it all the time In conjunction with my inversion table!

The product seems to work OkBut there are no instructions in EnglishThe only thing is whats on the box and its all in ChineseSo you have to wing it when you set it up .Good Luck

Better pass
This broke with first use. Seam came undone and metal bent. Repaired the seam and looking to use chains with S hooks for connecting it. My weight is 120lb, my height is 5'8. Possibly ok for an extremely short, small weighted person.

Cheap material but works very well. Good result for the price. I gave it to a friend and bought one like my therapist uses (but much more expensive).

neck piece chokes me and if I try to loosen it slips off back of my head.

It came with no instructions. I need instructions because I have never used this kind of product. The entire box has Chinese writing on it. Please send me instructions. ASAP.

It works well.
This cervical traction device showed up on time and packaged well. So far it seems to be strongly built and functioning properly (though I've only had it a couple of weeks). Not that it was difficult to figure out how to set up and use, but because there were no instructions inside the box and the printing on the box is all in Chinese (my assumption) I gave it only 4 stars.
