Kohler flush ball fixes older Kohler low profile toilet
This Kohler flush ball assembly worked perfectly in a 50 year old, low profile Kohler toilet that has been reluctant to seal for some time. The only issue was bending the wire loop open and closed around the teflon flush initiator rod that I did not want to remove due a corroded cotter pin and probably the valve rod it is mounted on. This kit provided a quick and inexpensive fix.

Lift Wires Missing - Only the flush ball arrived
Funny to rate such a odd item. Fits my classic 70's Kohler Rochelle throne perfectly. Nice to replace every few years to ensure a tight seal. Good build quality and easy to replace..6/20/18 I just ordered another one and it came without the 2 lift wires (the T-shaped pieces) despite them being pictured. I did alert Amazon but no response yet. I may have to order separately, another $4-5. Dropping off a star.

For a kohler toilet you need kohler parts. The aftermarket just don't work as well, or last as long.

Original Kohler part, stops toilet running.
This is the exact part I needed, original manufacturers flush ball and rod for an older Kohler Pompton toilet that was constantly leaking. It now works fine. Easy to install.

I"m giving it 3 stars because of the fact of how it arrived.
The packaging was crushed and it was clear that it had been opened and closed using a stapler. The invoice "Kohler GP88921 Flush Ball Used"...I hope that is just a truncation of the title and not that it is a 'used' part.
