Really helps stretch my back

Not bad.
Works but since I'm a bit on the large side it gets deformed after laying on it for 2-3 minutes. Comes back to shape after being left for awhile.

It takes a while to get used to relaxing …
It takes a while to get used to relaxing on this back stretcher, but once you've got used to being able to relax on it, then it works!It has really helped with my lower back pain.I use it twice a day for 10-15 minutes a time on the second level.So pleased I bought it!

Didn't work on me as described, caused discomfort
This wasn't the best purchase I've made. I really thought that this would be a brilliant product. This hard plastic doesn't click your back. If anything it causes discomfort. I tried on all three heights but with the same outcome. Really is a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend. Getting someone else to click your back is definitely the way forward. I really thought id found a winner.

Good for back stretches!
This is good product for back stretch.I am having back pain from last few months started using this for 15 min in the evening.It has three positions ,I am using no.2 position.Adjusting the position is bit tricky so be careful.please consult your doctor/Physio before using.Overall good product.

My back is better now
I bought this because I have tension problems in the lower back and hips. This stretch helped me relieve the pain and tension I was dealing with since 2019. Just keep in mind , if you are a person that has plates in your back , then this won't do the job for you. For me it's perfect, and I feel more mobile with my hips now.
