Great option for dog who constantly escapes everything we put her in. She’s an escape artist who wiggles out of fenced and collars and leashes. This has stayed put and she’s only gotten it off once. It’s tricky to snap on/off every time she goes outside with collar but it may be the collars we’ve tried.Overall, we love it’s durability and water resistance. Also love the bright red color so we can easily see her in parts of the yard she normally blends in. We previously had a cloth one and our dog tore up, it got stinky with rain/mud/grass and her chewing on it.

To be fair, these bumpers work very well for their purpose. However, they do not last. I am in the process of ordering my fifth bumper because the loops that hold the collar in place continually rip out of the bumper (has happened on every single one!). They need to make the loops with a sturdier material like they do with the ultra bumpers. I am not sure why they not done so already, as I cannot be the first customer with this issue. I just looked in my order history and I have ordered one of these, on average, every 4 months since I got my beagle in June 2019 (June 2019, November 2019, March 2020, July 2020, November 2020), if that gives you an indication of their sturdiness and durability (or lack thereof). I have been on the look out for a similar product to try due to the issues with durability, but no luck so far.

We bought 2 bumpers for our little dogs. The bumpers keep them from slipping through our wrought iron fence. And the dogs don't mind wearing them at all. They actually get excited because they know that they're getting to go out and run around.

Keeps my Aussie in the back yard and doesn’t seem to mind wearing the ring.

This device has prevented my Pomeranian from squeezing through a picket fence!! I spent countless hours trying to figure out what to put under the fence and in between, etc....and all it took was a puppy bumper!! You do need a collar that goes around the dog's neck to keep the puppy bumper on. I would suggest getting a collar without a buckle though...one that snaps works great....makes it easier to take it on and off the dog. If I could just remember to put it on my dog all the time. Sometimes he runs out and always gets through if I forget to put it on him. GREAT PRODUCT!!

I purchased the Puppy Bumper in the Red Polka Dot Water Proof style in the 10-13 inch model for Mr. Whiskers. He was just small enough to fit through the slats in my fence and would have a ball running the neighborhood, until he almost got hit by a car! I immediately purchased the puppy bumper...he doesn't really mind it until he tries to escape...then he throws a tantrum...growling and barking...but he is SAFE!

Love this item. The collar tends to be a bit hard to thread through the loops but regardless I love it. Keeps my small dog safe within the fence. My vets office suggested it and this is my second purchase...I would recommend this to anyone who has a small dog.

My puppy got it hung in her mouth. I had it attached in her collar. She was so flexible she was able to get it hung. So be careful order a size smaller than their collar size.
