PROJECT CHESTERJcoco Noble Dark Chocolate Bar, 3 Ounce

I was looking for a dark chocolate bar with nibs (since it appears that my favorite one from Seattle' chocolate has gone out of production) and I found Jcoco Noble Dark. First I thought, a $10 chocolate bar is absolutely nuts but I couldn't resist giving it a try. So glad I did. I don't think I'll ever eat anything else. It's vegan so it doesn't contain any dairy (which I am allergic to) and it's gluten free for my husband who avoids gluten. It is 72% dark which is a healthy amount yet not too bitter. The coco nibs give it a wonderful little crunch.We have amazon prime so we don't pay for shipping and we only eat one or two little squares a day so this is definitely a guilty pleasure that we will continue.
