BenedictaGourmet Black Peppercorn Sauce - Sauce au Poivre - 240g

While I am not a good enough cook to use this sauce to replicate the Au Bon Pain sandwiches with "extra Bernaise Sauce" I would get for my wife when on East Coast, this incredible sauce has helped me elevate the flavor of many of my daily foods. It is pricey but unless you are like my son (he doesn't use just a little), it goes for a while. I keep buying it again and again. And of course, all the info is in French, so if you are going to investigate the ingredients (as I did), you will need help (just Google it). Bon appetit.

Just OK for me, taste a bit sour. Kinda pricey.

So far so good as pepper corn sauce

This sauce is what I have been looking for and finally found it. Not too strong just right, Great on rib eye and other meatsTry it You will love it

Oh wow, this stuff is terrible..and I really tried to like it. I couldnt get past the odor it was so gawd-awful.

This stuff is so tangy and savory, I find myself planning my meals just to have something to slather it on.

It is okay. And it is quick to use. But it isn't like the au poivre sauce I get on steaks in restaurants. Guess I need to make my own.
