The seller here is a young person and the isopods arrived thriving. I ordered in winter and expected some loss, due to the coldness, but the packaging included a handwarmer packet and they all arrived thriving and energetic. Shipping was pricey but it was reflected in the results. This seller cares about the little guys arriving safely. The deal was good, better than other sellers.The seller is interested in the angle of portable little pet carriers, which I appreciated although I didn't need it, as I bought them for the bioactive aquarium set up I built for my son's Ball Python, so that part I can't speak to, but man, this little dude is passionate about building a business and it was a pleasure to support someone young trying to make something happen and have it be an excellent purchase. I will buy from him again for any future terrarium products and recommend him to others.

When I tell you I ran here to write a review, I'm not even kidding! I have wasted so much money trying to receive good quality isopods! These came super fast shipping and were all healthy, alive, and very active! They also come shipped very well, personalized with your name on the cup, and I received a cute freebie which I'm super excited to give to my daughter! The isopods arrived alive and healthy. I did not count them but there was not a single dead insect. I put them in their vivariums and they are doing well. The little pocket pet carrying case is a great idea for children. Also, they use shredded cardboard as packing, so the whole thing just goes into your recycling bin, no styrofoam. Eventually, I want to set them up in a bioactive reptile enclosure. I will purchase from them again.

They were packages extremely well for extreme temperature fluctuation. I had received a shipment of these little isopods from a different seller and afterwards we had an extreme cold front (Texas weather is unpredictable and ruthless). They got delivered to our mailbox without notification and since they were wrapped in paper they froze to death.With this seller the entire box was packed with effective insulation and a heat pack placed on the bag the container was in. They arrived earlier than expected, even came with a cute little gift! They were pristine, the color was exactly as advertised, and not one had passed. We love watching them thrive in their new home, thank y'all so much for the care you put into this!
