Seriously awesome
These things are really awesome! I have tried them in a variety of flash drives and card readers and the only one I've found they don't fit well in are the Lexar Twist Turn (too tight in the TT, but they fit in a different style Lexar).Works flawlessly with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with OEM Kitkat 4.4.4, my rooted Hisense Sero 7 Pro tablet running AOSP 4.4.4 Kitkat and my Nvidia Shield Tablet with OEM Marshmallow 6.0.Ordered on April 2nd and received on the 15th. Not bad for shipping from China.EDIT (06/23/2016): These are also awesome for use with the Raspberry Pi Zero! Use them with USB WiFi adapters, wireless keyboard dongles, or to connect a USB hub.I'm using one with one of these $4 USB WiFi adapters WiFi Dongle for pcDuino/Raspberry Pi and it's working perfectly. The fit was a bit tight, I had to use pliers to get it out the first few times, but after a few insert/remove cycles it loosened up. On the other hand, both the OTG adapter and the USB WiFi adapter are inexpensive enough to just dedicate one to your Zero. If you edit the /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf file on the microSD card to add your wireless SSID and encryption key, the Zero can be booted completely headless and will connect to your network automatically, then you can SSH in to control it.I have also used these to connect a 4-port powered USB hub (OTG adapter into the USB cable from the hub). I used two ports of the hub for the WiFi adapter and a micro-USB cable to power the Pi-Zero from the hub itself. That left two more USB ports available, and I only used one outlet to power both the hub and the computer.EDIT: (01/14/2019)I recently purchased a Chromebook which only has USB-C ports, so I ordered some of the new USB-C versions of these handy little adapters, and they works great. They don't fit as deeply in the plug as the micro version, but I don't find that to be a problem. As above these only support USB 2.0, but for keyboard or mouse dongles that's fine.

They call me a miracle worker...
Nice little USB to micro adapters. Very handy to have on that day the computers at work go down. I work for a school district and invariably the whole system goes down on the day that you need it most. During honors ceremonies, graduation, beginning of the year, during finals, undoubtedly it will fail. Been that way for ten years. I don't store my files on the system server due to that reason. Everybody freaks out and panics. Not me, I pull my USB out of the failed district system, drip this little adapter into the USB, plug it into my Android device, and finish the work, regardless of a system that can only be depended upon to fail on the busiest day of the month. Plus then I can save my document, plug the usb into my printer and print what I need, or I can print it via the internet to my E-printer at home and pick it up at lunch time. Just 4 days ago, this happened, and a teacher with an "Fruit" phone (You know what I mean)" came to me saying "the networks down! I cannot print my class work for the day!" I said 'Send me the link via text to my phone' and then I downloaded his class plans to my Android, saved them to my USB stick, and printed them off. Took two minutes total, and then I handed them to him. He said " I knew if I came to you-you would figure it out somehow."Well There you go. One of these in your pocket can save an entire High School! Only be careful not to loose it because it is so small!!!!!!!!!!!! Or wash it when you do the laundry, although I figure it would still work once it dried out. I put one in my wallet, one in my truck console, one in my desk drawer and have two in reserve.

Super Glue...place...and forget...works great.
I have found these USB converters of this combination and others (USB to mini, USB to micro, USB to C, and so on) to be extremely helpful and visually more appealing than a 'hodge-podge' of various cable extensions to cable converter, pigtails, conversion boxes, or any other converter that makes those that actually do cable management go mad. Nothing like a nest of cables, only to have at times 3-20 conversion cables added into the mix. Not to mention ensuring said cable methods don't disconnect by super gluing connections, zip tying them, or any other form of less than appealing attempts to assure a long living connection. Any technician worth anything will have many stories of cable conversion or management nightmares that were laid in their laps. Quite literally as mentioned previously...cable nests, less than ideal conversions, cable fire hazard, trip hazards, and with out a doubt mind boggling methods used by some less than ideal techs. These little guys eliminate boxes and additional cables that can be unsightly, increase attenuation, make a problem worse, or any other less than ideal outcome of conversion. I have gotten into the habit of super gluing these where needed for whichever conversion and have found little to no performance issues or any problems what-so-ever. I have ordered many of these ChenYang USB converters and haven't had one be bad in terms of performance and not one has failed after being put into service. I hope this helps someone and apologize for being long winded. Can't go wrong with these.

Works well with a couple of caveats
Works well with a couple of caveats.1. You are trying to adapt wider USB A plugs to narrow micro USB sockets. This might result in a tight fit on devices with narrowly spaced micro USB sockets, such as on the Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W.2. The metal shell of the USB A connector is exposed. This might bother some people. Can be covered up with some electrical tape.I eventually went with dongle-style adapters because of the above issues.
