As a South Indian I love Puliodare( as pronounced at our end) . This Puliogare powder is a very quick recipe. It takes 7-8 minutes to cook the dish. Great option to have Puliodare for those people who are unable to make the powder themselves. It is a must buy in my list of ready to cook foods. When I'm too tired to cook anything elaborate, or when vegetables etc are not available on a bad weather day, I make some Puliodare!

It ok to have instant food like pulidhare mix. It takes hardly 2-3 mins to prepare. Taste is ok and too muc sweet taste. Need some spicy mix instaed of sweet taste.

This is amazing stuff. If you like classic tamarind rice, a little sour with all sorts of complex flavors, this if for you. If you want a change from Biryani, Machboos or fried rice, give this a try. It’s cheap, it’s easy to make and easy to store. Worth every fil....

Never had to use this in India, as Mom used to make it at home. Now in Oz, I missed the taste and this is as close to home, as it gets. Especially blends well in cauliflower rice.
