Bought this shower cap with some hesitation but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and used it as the elastic holds but its not over tight and the cap is quite generous as I have long hair and when placed in a bun it fitted quite nicely and still had room to spare. -I can recommend this item.

Keeps water out. The only con is that it leaves a deep marking in my skin that stays for hours so I need to be careful to wear it in a way that this line wont be noticeable. I suppose this would happen with any cap though.
