I am writing this review after using "Coozly Backrest Pillow/Cushion with Cover" for about 2 months now, and I love it. I primarily ordered it for my mother, who complained about her neck and shoulder aches when watching TV while lying on the bed. Obviously, watching TV like that was damaging to the posture. That's why I started looking for a pillow and ended up with this product.My first impression once I opened the package: It's a huge one. Really huge. (BTW: it was nicely packed in a transparent plastic bag, like the ones used for comforters.) First I thought that it's too big. Then when you sit, it's so comfortable that you don't want to get up. All my friends who sat next to it felt the same. Some even felt to sleep in the sitting position. It's that comfortable. I have pictures of my friends sleeping on this backrest pillow in a sitting position. The arms are as firm as the back support, so that's a plus too. Due to the covid situation, we wash all sheets and pillows pretty frequently - and the good thing is that the cover of the backrest pillow comes off and is washable in the washing machine. I have washed it twice, and so far, it didn't shrink. It fits back nicely (need a bit of time as it is a snug fit). The color of the fabric does get dusty but looks fresh after a wash. I like the side pockets that we use to keep the TV remotes.I might buy another one, maybe pink, to make a couple.

This is really comfortable & gives a good support for the back, i gifted this to my husband & he loved it, it's been a month while using this he often uses this while working on his laptop, it also has side pockets on both the sides, but it does takes a lot of space, so you'll have to figure out a proper space to keep it while not in use, it's a good product.

Due to smaller area near back side it is uncomfortable to sit. I have done return of my item since one week but nobody has come to pickup my parcel. Amazon just gives on their own update that I was not there at the time of their courier pickup. My residence is never closed. I do work from home n any of my family member is always there. Their courier person has not given a call also to me.

Love this pillow. It is so comfortable. It has taken a permanent space at my reading corner. Would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for a comfortable space for reading/working from home.Also its outer cover is made of pure cotton and can be removed easily and washed. Therefore making it more convenient to use. Worth the buy. 😊
