For exercising, I needed something to attach my resistance bands to the tricep rope and curl bar that I purchased on Amazon. These are the tricep rope and curl bar like you would use on a cable machine. These clips are thin enough to where I can easily clip and unclip the carabiner clips from the resistance bands. Strong enough to where I can stack several bands to get the resistance I need. Not sure if I can include the name of the resistance bands that I use in this review, so I won't. But I purchased them on Amazon also. The ones that I have go up to 150 lb (band) resistance. The most I've used with these clips are 120 lb (band) resistance.

Also supports my 40 pound kid with ease. Good product.

It took a little while to get here but it was exactly what we needed to fix the swing

Finally found the size to repair my swing set.

I looked everywhere for replacements for my kids swing set. Everything I found was too thick or didnt have a big enough opening to slide over the swing seat. These still were too thick to pass thru the chain by the smallest of margin, so I widened the last link of the chain to accept these quick links.

Perfect for my grandson’s swing. Strong and durable.
