Like it
I like this product, It seems to be helping with my under eye puffiness. This puffiness has been ongoing for months now, so I was excited to try his product. First of all,I like the 3 little roller balls for applying the serum. It doesn’t dry and shrink the skin like some around the eye products. I’ve been using for the last few nights, and this morning, the puffiness is definitely less! I was surprised that it worked so fast. So far, both thumbs up!

Decent Eye Cream, But Not Too Keen on the Rollerballs...
Since I turned 50, I've been experimenting with a lot of different eye creams; so I have a pretty broad base of comparison. This one is nice, but not one of the best I've tried. I think my main issue with this Neutriherbs Vitamin C Firming Eye Cream is the metal rollerball applicator. I can understand why some women like it; if you have younger, tauter skin, it probably works great. But if your under-eye skin is a bit more delicate and/or puffier (as mine tends to be), it's much more difficult to evenly apply this cream -- I don't like the tugging and pulling required to apply the product, and I end up using my fingertips to try to spread it more evenly. (Which I think defeats the purpose of the rollerballs...)The cream itself (once you get it out past the rollerballs) is pretty much on par with mass-market brands I've used before. It does moisturize the skin, but I haven't noticed that it "brightens and firms", as the packaging touts. Perhaps I just haven't been using it long enough to see any cumulative effects; but so far, it just hasn't been a standout for me. I do appreciate that this is not tested on animals; that's a definite plus for me.So, overall, I find this to be a decent eye cream that would probably work best for younger women whose under-eye skin is a bit more taut and resilient than this 50-year-old's skin. :) Given the $20 price tag for this (made in China) eye cream, I think I'll stick with my go-to Korean brands, which generally tend to work better and/or cost less.

Lightweight eye cream with a unique applicator Great for daytime use.
This Neutriherbs Vitamin C Firming Eye Cream is much too lightweight for nighttime use for me but it is great during the day especially before applying makeup. It is almost like a non greasy serum rather than a cream or lotion. The tube's top has little massage balls and the cream squeezes out onto them and application is via the little balls that soothe and stimulate the eye area. I like the way my eye area feels after using the cream. It doesn't give me the kind of hydration I need at night but it absorbs quickly and may firm a little as well. It leaves my eye area smooth and ready for concealer. I don't have bags under my eyes (I have the opposite - hollows.) but the applicator would be great to help depuff the area. I like this cream for daytime use and the applicator is soothing.

Still Have Dark Circles
This product is being reviewed by my wife:I've had very dark circles all my life and after reading the reviews for Neutriherbs Vitamin C Firming Eye Cream I really had high hopes. Unfortunately, my results have been less than impressive. The cream does feel refreshing and moisturizing when I apply it, but in a month I have seen no lessening of the dark circles. I'll continue using the product and update this review if I see an improvement in the near future. I'm also not a fan of the roller ball applicator. I wind up using my ring finger pad because it seems to not require as much pressure as the applicator.

Wow! Interesting results the first time I used it.
It's the best when you get that rare result from a product the first time you use it.I had just come in from the sun and had forgotten to wear my sunhat - the hat I am destined to wear for the rest of my life in my war against skin sun damage.I noticed red spots - these are not good activations of actinic keratinoses from the sun.I took my shower and cleansed my skin as usual. I used witch hazel as my neutral skin toner. The red spots did not go away. I tested the Neutriherbs Vitamin C Firming Eye Cream under one eye. I did not expect the red spots to go away. Not only did the spots just disappear, but, the pain I was feeling from it went away too!I had puffiness and dark circles too. It took away the puffiness and a little bit of the dark circles.meanwhile, the eye product I used as a control on the other side did nothing.that's pretty amazing. I can't wait to update this review after I finish using the entire tube.BTW, the built in applicator is a state-of-the-art applicator that helps create the improvement. Not sure the exact mechanism but the round metal dots are soft and cooling. All the most sophisticated products employ a similar mechanism. It's the end of the day now and the skin around my eye still feels smooth and looks good. Definitely staying firm. No Bags.

Very nice firming cream
This is a very interesting eye cream. It comes in a little squeeze tube that has a very interesting applicator with these 3 little metal massage rollers. I like them a lot because they feel great and help massage in the cream. Plus they feel cooling and in my eyes help if you have puffiness going on. The ingredients are pretty good and you do get hyaluronic acid which is always a plus in my eyes. The cream is super light weight and absorbs very quickly into your skin. It feels nice and cooling on your skin which gets amplified by the cooling metal massage roller balls. It actually feels fantastic and feels like you really are treating your under eye area. I am not crazy about the scent but that is the hyaluronic acid coming through really, it has its distinct scent. All in all I am very happy with this on how my skin feels and looks. The price is also very reasonable so you really can't complain with what you get here.
