I have found these to be the best value l-glutamine capsules on the market - Almost double the quantity of capsules offered elsewhere, but at a similar price. That can’t be bad! The container is well designed for storage and the capsules are, as you would expect, of good quality. They work for me!

This is effective and gentle on the stomach. Used in combination with other supplements to heal gut issues relating to fibro and food intolerances. I chose this because it is a pure product with quality ingredients.

Told my husband to stop taking them due to smelly farts, made my life unbearable 🙃 😅 😫

I like glutamine to help me with muscle mass (apparently it also helps for viruses like flu). Reading around the quantities contained in a few capsules is good enough without wasting time or making a mess in the Office on bulk mixing powders! was about to order my usual glutamine from a company called Swiss which is in similar quirky packaging but found these to be a lot better value and seem to be equally as effective as they only had 90 tablets for £8 as this is 132 tablets for not much more.

This is a great buy, I have been using it since few weeks and I use it between meals, sometimes you hear strange noises from your belly but thats totally normal since you are not used to the supplement. I am currently taking just one tablet a day as I feel its sufficient. I was bit worried about some of side effects it might cause, but so far it has caused me no trouble. Will update further if I find any change.

The tablets arrived very quickly and well packaged, easy to take, but lv not been taking them long enough, only a week, to b able to say if they are working yet, hence only 4 stars.

Enjoying the benefits already. Has helped to relieve symptoms of a leaky gut. Glad to have found something that works. Good value as this pack included extra tablets 132 instead of 120.
