The packet says use it for meat but honestly you can even make a nice vindaloo with just veggies in it. Loved the product. Going to try their cafreal next.

Terrible! Product not delivered after multiple rounds of postponing delivery dates! BLINKIT and ZEPTO are so much better than Amazon!!!
