Poor quality
Firstly, the product came in a very bad condition in a torn parcel... And secondly, nozzle was not provided . If they are not providing they should have mentioned it clearly because after buying it we came to realise that we have to buy a nozzle separately again seriously. So 1 star from my side. Quality wise the metal used for the gun was very poor, it may break after one or two use

Very sturdy and easy to use
Very sturdy caulking gun and easy to use. It is bigger than expected and the tube is also bigger than expected. Very easy to apply to sink joints

Happy and satisfied
Easy to use and very effective.. I bought it before the monsoons immediately after Amazon started delivery service during lockdown and sealed all the areas through which water would seep in during monsoon and after every heavy shower I would examine the place and would be elated as Dr Dixit had done its job!!

Received slightly dented gun
The cartridge was original but the gun I received was slightly dented.. Fixed it with pliers with ease but yeah I don't want to receive products that I will need to fix myself..
