Sturdy and Smart Design
I was a little daunted upon opening the box at all the bits and pieces to assemble. However, the step by step instructions were clear and easy to follow, the tools supplied were very adequate. I was also impressed at what good quality the components were and was very reassured that I had made the right purchase. It took me around 45 minutes to assemble. Once assembled, I gave it a quick trial, the movement was so smooth and quiet! I also love the options of where to hold/rest my hands. This bike is compact and not too difficult to safely fold away, for when I need the space back, the small wheels on the front support help to maneuver it for stowing away. I have used it for longer sessions and find it to be a good comfortable workout, what with the basic console being small, I can easily enjoy watching tv shows while exercising, which is exactly what I hoped I could do. The seat and height is comfortable for me, I am 5'3" and weigh approx. 170lb. The console is simple and the data adds on cumulatively until you reset it by pressing the on button for 4 seconds. It's handy for goals. Although, I still prefer to use my Fitbit to check my BPM since the pulse reader on the bike doesn't seem to pick up all the time.

Easy to assemble
Just what I was looking for. Fairly easy to assemble & very sturdy. Heavy to move so not concerned it will tip over. Seat is comfortable & like the options to measure heart, km & pace.

Good - but not really a bike
Speedy delivery, easy to put together with good instructions. Sturdy and good quality for the price. For me this is not really like a bike - the pedals are a positioned forward and not underneath you and you sit on a large wide seat with your legs in front not straddled like a bike. While this is probably fine for most people it was not really what I was expecting despite the pictures actually showing this position - I assumed it was just the angle of the picture! I find it a bit uncomfortable as the front of the seat digs in to the tops of my legs but I will keep it as I’m still getting decent exercise on it and it’s a great bit of kit for the price. I also find I can’t get the seat high enough and I’m only 5ft 6 with short legs so taller people may struggle. All in all a great bit of kit as long as you don’t a proper bike riding position

Brilliant Quality Cycling Machine
I got this device based on the recommendations and thank you everyone. I will add mine very impressed , good quality components, seat was bit uncomfortable but I added a small tempur cushion ( any cushion really ) and it’s ok now. It’s a taller in height rather than wider as most machines that are lower and wider. It’s good for back sufferers, and as I suffer with osteoarthritis knees was told cycling and swimming good. It also folds up , got a remote holder or phone holder too. Love it set it up in front of the tv can be tilted to move. Highly recommended, I got a friend to help set it up took 40 minutes. So happy , it’s quiet too, good display too.

Fantastic bike
I was sceptical about ordering the bike and thought I would be better with the gym, so I cancelled the order, then decided to reorder. Excellent customer from Rosa at sweatbands. The bike is fantastic, can’t fault it at all, and it’s helping my hip as it was getting stiff. Great bike, price and easy to work out. I go on for 30 mins most days and feel so much better all round.

Fantastic exercise bike.
Bought for my Wife whose old bike was beginning to give up the ghost and I must say she is absolutely delighted with it, it's so easy to set up and use, with a much smoother quieter ride than her previous one. The secondary handles by the seat are a game changer for her, as leaning forward on the handlebars gets to her back after a while, so being able to sit up straight and hold the secondary handles is a big plus. All in all a fab exercise bike for the price.

Good. Could be better, could be worse
I think it packs quite a bit into such a compact home machine. Good when it comes to tension adjustments. 8 is the max, but I do wish it could be harder as I am used to a harder tension in gym. I think the seat it much more comfortable that I thought, and also wider than I thought. The size it perfect, and great taking it out when you want to watch tv. Wish it had a phone holder, but I can always attach a bike phone holder anyway. Also would be nice if the screen would charge of the bike rather than batteries, but then again the batteries haven’t died yet. So I guess it doesn’t use much power.

I did not know what to expect when I bought this because I have never bought a large workout machine before. I was pleasantly surprised! This was an amazing buy. I read a lot of comments about it not working for tall people but it is adjustable so it works well. My legs do not hit the bar when cycling. I must admit there was a fair amount of assembly required so if you're not the greatest at putting things together, get someone to help you. The manual is straight forward though and everything is very well organized. The machine is well made and pretty sturdy. It was packed very well too. Everything was in bubble wrap and had a plastic covering some with cardboard. The nuts and bolts came packed together. Everything was very well labeled and marked as to what it was. Some of the washers and screws were already in the slots where they had to be placed. It took maybe 30 to 40 minutes to put this together on my own. I am happy I got a bicycle with the back support because you do need it, especially if you are using it for longer than 20 minutes at a time. All in all, this was a fantastic buy. So great for the price and quality. The supplier is also happy to send you any missing parts, if they are missing. Everything I needed was in the box though. They even sent batteries for the monitor. Highly recommend this item and supplier. Comfortable to use, easy enough to put together and sturdy. Amazing!!

1st update: 8.2.2024 Let me clarify a few things. We live in a small house and I wanted a bike that wasn't huge and folding was a plus. I got this bike because I need to walk 20 minutes 3 times a day every other day because of venous insufficiency in my legs. It's miserable to walk outside, especially in compression socks, because we live in South Texas where summer is 8 hot and humid months. If you want a bike with all the bells and whistles, buy a $1,000 bike. This is a nice basic affordable stationary bike. What I like: it doesn't take up much space so I haven't had to put it away yet. It's quiet. Very quiet. The display panel is basic with time, distance, calories and it does not have backlight (not a showstopper for me). The bike has a back rest and handholds on both sides of the seat (both are mandatory for me). The seat is as comfortable as you can get with most bikes. The distance to reach the top and lower handholds is good. The challenge for me is my height is 5'1" so I need the seat low. I had a total knee replacement last year so that knee is not as flexible as it used to be and I had to figure out how to safely get up and over the crossbar because of these restrictions. I put a child's non-slip stool near the right pedal (TKR was right knee), hoist myself up and over the crossbar to put my left foot on the left pedal, slide the stool away from the bike to just clear the right pedal, and I ride the bike. Getting off, I repeat the process in reverse order. This is really just a learning curve because it gets easier each time I ride the bike. I took off the remote control/phone holder because I just couldn't easily clear the cross-beam getting on and off the bike. I didn't need it there anyway although I might fabricate something to hold the remote on the top handholds. I am pleased with this purchase. If anything changes, I'll update the review. 07.25.2024 This first part of the review is for assembly only. Another review will be appended to this one after I use the bike for awhile. The instructions were very easy to read and understandable which is a rarity these days. Most of the nuts and bolts were already pre-mounted on the bike which made it very easy to put together. Wrenches and screwdrivers were included. The pictures were accurate with the right numbering. Elapsed assembly time was about 45 minutes including chatting about how easy the bike was to assemble. Bike seems to be well made with high quality steel. Once it's put together it's firm, not wiggly. More to come after I use the bike for awhile.

So far so good! The price was great and set up was really easy! Super quiet to use, folds away nicely, and is great for those on the shorter side. I'm not a fan of the blue color and I wish it was available in a silver finish with the seat entirely made from black but I'm super happy I was able to get an exercise bike during COVID that wouldn't break the bank. Pulse measurement etc seems to work well too. The pulse measurement screen feels a little cheap to hold when installing but the handlebars feel really good quality and that's what you have the most contact with so overall is a pretty nice experience! My boyfriend joked that it looks like something out of a 1950's mail order catalog but who cares haha I got an exercise bike for $230 with tax haha. Highly recommend if you are on a budget and don't care if it's not the coolest looking bike to have around your apartment.
