Q: Can this work at zero pressure differential?

Dear customer, so sorry that it cannot.

Q: Can this be used for water? and at what psi?

Works with water . I would not place a lot of backpressure. In my application the inlet is around 5 psi from a perstaltic pump and outlet drains to a bucket. I did not see any pressure rating in the specs.
