Fits perfect and wheel works great, I was finally able to get old glory flying again.

my new EAGLE TOPPER did not fit the old flagpole pulley cap. the new EAGLE TOPPER fits this pulley cap PERFECTLEY!!! THANX

In readiness for our new president, I decided to replace the solar top light. I also decided to add a gold ball. That ball was described as " fits most pulley". My old pully had a metric receiver so my ball could not be installed to that pulley. I purchased the new pulley that had a UNC receiver. Next problem,-the ball threaded shank was too long to tighten the solar lamp to the pulley. The lamp had to be padded with several washers to allow tightening.

The casting is aluminum. The set screws are stainless steel. The spring roll pin that is the axle for the nylon roller is ferrous steel. It will rust.I am considering pressing in a SS dowel pin or using an SS bolt. having the pulley turn on the smooth shoulder portion of the bolt.

Worked well on our flagpole that was damaged by a hurricane. Our ball topper did not fit. Fortunately the seller offers a very nice ball topper, so we purchased that, too.
