We bought a house that had a pond on the property and it was over grown and had no aerator. My brother has a pond and he said that we really needed a aerator to help with the health of our pond. So I did look around and did some research and found this System with ProAir 4 Diffuser and 100' of 0.38" Airline 0.25 HP.The shipping on this was fast and had no problems with shipping. Box was big and heavy so you may need some help with it. Everything came with this unit the hose and clamps. We put the unit next to our house and dug a trench and ran the line underground to the pond about 100 ft away. But we did use pcv pipe. Then we attached the hose from the unit the 0.38" that goes to the pond.Everything works great, the instruction was right one and had no problems. We did use a canoe to bring it out the middle of the pond to place it. It does in the very cold days of winter the line froze up and it made a weird noise so I unplugged it and it warmed up enough to start up the right way. So we just blew the line out with an air compressor and it solved that.We are very happy with this unit and would recommend this for anyone that has a large pond.

Could not have been easier to install. We did end up having to order an additional 50 ft of tubing to reach to the middle of our pond. We no longer have any temperature stratification in our 1/2 acre, 15 ft depth pond. The aerator is creating a surprising amount of movement in the pond. I wouldn't recommend the motor housing right by your house- there is a noticeable hum- not as loud as a pool pump but I'm glad we were able to place ours 150 ft from the house.

Easily conducts its purpose with ease. Hundred foot hoses are adequate for my 1.5 acre pond. My regret is just how much power the aerator uses. I use an EcoFlow Delta to run aerator and it runs out of power in 1-2 hours of a full charge. So it’s difficult to run for long period of time off grid.

This product is ready to assemble and deploy right out of the box. Very well designed product.

I have needed an aerator for some time. This one is the best for the money. The video will show each step of the install. The most difficult part is the digging. The assembly of the unit is easy. I am very happy with the result, and would recommend this for anyone needing an aerator.

We were pleased to find this product available on Amazon and were especially impressed with the quality of the unit when it was delivered. Enclosed instructions were thorough and we found videos posted by the manufacturer to be really, really helpful in demonstrating installation. Two of us had no trouble placing the aerator in our pond, saving us a considerable amount compared to the bid from a local aquatic contractor. The unit has been running now for more than a month and seems to have a positive effect on the water. The noise from the compressor is slightly noticeable (it sounds like swimming pool equipment). But I realize this is inevitable and it is not really intrusive. We're very satisfied with our purchase.

Outstanding aeration pump…..they run 24/7/365 with minimal maintenance. You just have to Clean the air filter once or a month through the summer….this is the third unit I’ve had in 8 years. My first one lasted five years and my second lasted 3 years, and was actually still going strong but it got knocked over and had a funny turn…
