This is exactly what I was looking for. It reaches parts of my itchy back that my hands simply can't. It does the job without marking the skin.

I love the eagle claw design, especially as I am currently using the scratcher to get a semi feral cat used to touch, without getting clawed myself. The extendable handle is extremely useful. Great price and the item is, of course, useful for its intended purpose.

After many years of trying to use whatever was closest to hand to scratch my back, I felt it was time to invest in the proper tool for the job. This certainly didn’t disappoint, it is well made with no nasty sharp edges so you’re left with a consistently smooth back scratch. It really is rather good.
