I like that the ingredients are all natural
I ordered this after some research...it has a LOT of caffeine and iodine. I think it is effective enough without giving you a tingly or heart-racing feeling. I like that the ingredients are all natural. However, I didn't notice a huge difference in my appetite or energy levels that I wouldn't get from a healthy diet and exercise alone.

Terrible. Took one and had the worst symptons. Could not stop shaking, heart beat was going a thousand miles per minute, and i felt like i was gunna pass out and die. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Let me first start by saying that there isn't any miracle weight loss drug. Weight loss pills only work with a proper diet and exercise. It is a lifestyle change that takes a lot of work. If you're not willing to put in the work, then this or any weight loss pills will NOT work for you. But, if you truly want to lose weight, and are willing to make the lifestyle change, then this pill can help you! With that said, let's have a look at this product. There are always four important questions that need answered when it comes to weight loss pills.Did it suppress hunger? - Yes. I have to say, I was honestly not hungry. I forced myself to eat at times. I did start to get hungry, when the pills started wearing off, as in right between doses, but it was mild enough that I could eat a few baby carrots and feel satisfied.Did it add energy? - Energy isn't really the word I would use. First of all this item arrived on time and as described. I had already lost fifteen pounds and hit a plataeu where the scale just wouldn't move any more before ordering this product. This product increased my energy level and helped curb my appetite which allowed me to lose the last five pounds I wanted to lose. It did not give me the jitters like some products I have tried in the past. I did receive this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. An honest review is what I have given.
