Eve Lom products usually better
Have been using Eve Lom products for a long time and love them. Not so much with this TLC cream. I found it too thick and feels quite heavy. Returned it.

No separation anxiety here yet one ingredient to be aware of
Before ordering I wondering about older Eve Lom TLC Cream reviews complaining of separation. It’s a warm time of year as I write this and no issues noted. Eve Lom does hydrate—at a luxury price of $76 an ounce. Worth noting is is the Amazon 30 day free returns policy in case it’s not for you. That’s unusual in high end skincare. One preservative toward the bottom the ingredients list is worth knowing about: Phenoxyethanol. There have been reports of uncommon reactions to phenoxyethanol being quite rarely linked to eczema and strong allergic reactions. Phenoxyethanol use is often strongly discouraged by safe cosmetics advocates to be used around infants including those who are breast feeding. Mothers and grandmothers love to hug their grandbabies and studies indicate this preservative should be avoided around the youngest of children. Those who wish to learn more and make the best personal decision regarding this ingredient may consider doing an online search for “phenoxyethanol safety.” Keep in mind that several beauty brands include phenoxyethanol. Reactions are uncommon.

This product is a dream!!! It provides excellent moisture without feeling too heavy or greasy. It gives my dry skin just the right amount of hydration without making me oily. It smells, feels and is packaged so luxuriously. I will never use another moisturizer!!

This was horrible!!!
I wish I could return this, but I don't have the packaging anymore. It must have been sitting around somewhere for years! When I opened it, water-like liquid came pouring out. The 'cream' was in a big lump in the center of the little jar, so thick and condensed it can't be spread. I've used many other Eve Lom items for years, but this was definitely defective!!

Face cream /I love the way it feels,like it is stretching my wrinkles away..it isn’t but I still like it.

Disappointment
I have used this product for 2 years, with amazing results, and always purchased it directly from the Eve Lom website. I love Amazon and decided to order it through your site. I opened the sealed jar and noticed less product and a watery substance floating on top. Other orders were never like that from Eve Lom. What happened?
